Synthetic Daisy Design is located in downtown Toronto Canada & has been creating unique chainmail & scalemail designs since 2017.

 

 All products are made to order & handmade. *Current production/processing time is 4 to 10 business days (larger orders of multiple pieces (3 or more) may take 2 to 3 weeks to create)*. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. For contact use our chat option. 

 

Women's Costumes & Lingerie & Corsets & Vintage Clothing ship in 1 to 2 business days. Please note that if you purchase a made to order item along with any items in these categories production time defaults to 4 to 10 business days. 

 

 As all pieces are made order we do offer customization for select pieces for an additional fee of 5% to 30%. Limited availability. Please message us prior purchase. Custom designs take 2 to 3 weeks production time.

 

*Express production* is available for an additional 30% of the cost of the item with a production time of *1 to 2 business* days. At check out add 30% with the tip option & your order will automatically be upgraded. Discount codes can not be used.

 

 All pieces are adjustable by a few inches on the neck & bust.

 

 

As our pieces are made of metal & do not stretch be sure to order a size up if you are unsure or contact us.

 

Express production is available & takes 1 to 2 business days for an additional 30% of the items cost. For express production to be added to your order use the tip button at checkout & add 30%. Your order will automatically be upgraded to our express production (1 to 2 business days)

 

 Our scales are 100% Canadian & American made & we endeavor to keep prices completive while still maintaining the highest quality of our aluminum & stainless steel products. Most pieces weight between 150 grams to up to 2 kilograms for our full sleeve styles. 

 

Shipping Information:

 Standard expedited shipping within Canada typically takes 2 to 7 business days. 

 USA standard tracked shipping typically takes 4 to 8 business days. Express takes 3 to 6 days.

International (economy) shipping is tracked & takes 5 to 20 business days. 

 All customs and brokerage charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer but we will mark the package as a low value gift if you request it.

 Please note that Customs Processing times are out of our control. Be sure to order earlier if you need a piece for a specific date. For undeliverable international packages we do not have a return service.
